Some New Trackur Updates!

All Trackur plans now update every 30 minutes. This is a huge improvement for our Personal and Corporate plans–which used to update 12 hours and 6 hours respectively. Now everyone gets close to real-time results in their Trackur dashboard!

Saved Searches Bug

UPDATE: 1:30 ET the problem has been fixed!
We’re in the middle of rolling out some new features and in the process we’ve accidentally killed your ability to save new searches. Yeah, not one of our better days.

Twitter Coming Back Online

It appears as though Twitter is slowly coming back online in Trackur results.
It might still take a day or two for things to catch-up, so keep your fingers crossed that Twitter has the put the worst behind it.

Delays in Twitter Results

As you may know, Twitter has experienced a series of hacking attacks on its service. As Twitter continues to get all of its services back online, you may find that Trackur’s dashboard is missing some expected “tweets.”
We expect this to self-correct once Twitter is fully back online. We will be watching this closely.
